Web is a Japanese Screen book describing the everyday and unglamorous event of a spider eating a fly. It was my intention to take such an event and turn it into something beautiful.

I find it funny that you can order nearly anything in the mail, even bees. So, I made a book about life and geometry and the grey area between the two, packaged into a compact brown box.
The images of bees are linoleum carvings stamped onto amber lighting gel, and the box holds itself together with tiny jewelry magnets.

Night Beasts
This artist’s book can be read in 3 different ways: flipping the pages like a traditional book, laid out like an accordion, and examined through the frame in the cover. Flipping through each page reveals a different relationship between hunter and prey.
